Spring Beauty Room is a bespoke salon situated in the heart of Market Rasen. It boasts newly furnished premises, offering a wide range of highest quality treatments. Spring Beauty Room is an Elemis, Jessica, High Definition Brow, Nouveau Lash and Fake Bake accredited salon.

Spring Beauty Room opened in September 2010, employing just two full time therapists to manage the, then, two treatment rooms. Over the last six years, the salon has exceeded expectation and undergone expansion; now employing seven therapists and two receptionists. In October 2016, Sarah Jlil and Teresa Mack formed a business partnership, taking over ownership of the salon, bringing over 30 years combined experience within the Beauty Industry.
On arrival: As a courtesy to all our guests, we operate a prompt appointment schedule. We advise you to arrive at least 10 minutes before your treatment commences. A late arrival may mean that your treatment time is reduced or unable to be honoured.
Cancellation Policy: We understand that there can be, on occasions, the requirement to cancel treatments. As a courtesy to our other clients and our therapists, we have the following cancellation policy:
You may cancel your appointment without charge up to 24 hours prior to your appointment. Same day cancellations and failure to attend your appointment may incur a 100% charge of the scheduled service price.
Under 16 years of age: We require the consent of a parent or guardian for all treatments carried out on persons under the age of 16 years. We also ask that a parent or guardian be present at all times throughout the treatment. It is with regret, that any eyebrow or eyelash tinting treatment can not be carried out on persons under the age of 16 years.
Loyalty Point Scheme: As a Thank You for your continued support, Spring Beauty Room run a Loyalty scheme. Sign up to the scheme and you will receive points on all of your purchases, when you reach 1000 points you will receive a £10.00 voucher to spend on either treatments or products of your choice. You will also receive a birthday voucher and gift as well as being the first to find out all the latest news and offers within the salon.
Gift Vouchers: Looking for the perfect gift? At Spring Beauty Room we offer Gift Vouchers for all occasions. Vouchers are valid for twelve months from the date of purchase.
Car Parking: The salon is located within the Co-op car park, which offers FREE 90 minute parking. If your treatment schedule takes you over the 90 minutes, please provide us with your car registration details in order to exempt you from any parking charges.
Spring Beauty Room wants you to be happy with your treatment or purchase. If you are not satisfied with it, we are here to help.
Treatments: Spring Beauty Room does not refund for treatments. If for any reason you are unhappy, we need to know. We will work individually with you, our client, to rectify the problem and reinstate your faith in us.
Gift Vouchers: Gift Vouchers must be used before the date of expiry unless other arrangements have been made at the discretion of management. No refund is offered once the gift voucher has been issued, however, gift vouchers may be transferable to other people. Any outstanding balance after the expiry date of the voucher, will not be credited or refunded.
Beauty Products: Please choose your beauty products carefully; Spring Beauty Room does not refund or swap products, when a customer has a purchase ‘change of mind’. If a customer makes a wrong selection and the product has been unopened, we will be happy to swap for another choice.

We mainly collect information about you in person but when using the online booking via the website system we collect information to allow the booking to be made.
Name/Contact Information – We collect and store your full name, email address, correspondence address, billing & shipping address where appropriate, phone numbers and any other relevant contact information.
Payment Information – We only handle information that is necessary for us to process payments for purchases and services you have with Spring Beauty Room, such as credit card numbers, the security codes associated with them, we do not store this information. All equipment & software used for payment handling is fully PCI compliant.

Spring Beauty room is required by law to retain personal data for 7 years. We may, with your consent, use the information you have provided to send you relevant marketing offers via email or post. Spring Beauty Room is required by law to retain financial transactions and details about these for a minimum of 7 years. All data related to these transactions may be requested to be erased after this minimum period.

Scratch Card Terms and Conditions: One valid per customer, per day. No purchase necessary. Scratch cards cannot be exchanged for cash. 1 in every 10 scratch cards wins. Prizes may vary depending upon event, at the discretion of the promoter. Winning scratch cards can only be redeemed by persons aged 18 years and over. Winning scratch cards must be redeemed within 2 weeks of issue to prevent invalidation. A winning scratch card shall be the only valid instrument for claiming a prize. Scratch cards submitted to the Promoter for validation will not be returned to the Participant. Any decision of the promoter is final and no correspondence will be entered into. PML Beauty Ltd reserves the right to amend Terms and Conditions at any time. PML Beauty Ltd reserves the right to extend, terminate or suspend the issue of scratch cards at any time.
‘On Your Doorstep’ Terms and Conditions: Due to the change of promotion within each publication, offers are only valid for the months advertised on the front of the magazine . ‘Doorstep’ MUST be quoted upon booking the appointment. 1 offer per person. Offer cannot be used in conjunction with Gift Vouchers or any other offer.
‘Clock in & Clock Off’ Terms and Conditions: Offer only valid on a Tuesday with valid proof of employment within Market Rasen i.e. valid ID badge or recent payslip. 15% discount will be applied to service appointments only, offer not valid on products. Discount can not be used with any other offer.
21 Day Challenge Terms and Conditions: By taking part in the 21 Day Challenge, you agree to submitting a photograph of your cleansed skin prior to initial use of the product. The product MUST be used for the stated 21 days following product guidelines and recommendations. The product is to be paid in full, any refunds will be added to your account – redeemable against future purchases. Upon receipt of refund, the product should be returned to Spring Beauty Room.
Treat Out to Help Out: £10 discount is only available on a Tuesday & Wednesday throughout October and November 2020. Discount is only available when treatments are performed by Sarah Marie or Elaina. Minimum treatment spend £50 in one transaction, on the same day and on treatment spend only. Treatments can not be split over different days. Offer does not apply to any retail sales added to the transaction. Cannot be used in conjunction with any other offers or promotions. Treat Out to Help Out is not subsided by the Government and can be discontinued at the discretion of Management at any time.
Product Trade-In Terms and Conditions: Current skin care products used as a ‘trade-in’ must be from another skin care brand, other than ELEMIS. Current skin care products must be taken to the salon at the time of ‘trade-in’ and swapped at time of purchase. 10% discount will be applied to any skin care purchases made in one single transaction on the day of ‘trade-in’. Discount will not be applied when other promotions or discounts apply.
VIP Membership Scheme Terms and Conditions: Membership cards must be produced every time you make a retail or treatment purchase. Membership cards are non-transferable and are only valid by the person named on the front of the card. 10% discount applied to retail purchases is only valid on full priced items, the 10% discount is not valid on promotional offers or seasonal gifts. 10% treatment discount is valid on all Elemis Facials and all Elemis and Holistic body treatments. Treatment discount is not valid on Nail, Waxing, Make-up or Tanning Services. FREE Treatment vouchers included in the different membership tiers are non-transferable and have no cash value. Membership cards cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotional offer or gift voucher. Membership cards are not valid past the expiry date and benefits not redeemed within the 12 months of membership, cannot be rolled over after expiration. Membership cards have no cash value.
