Terms and Conditions

We reserve the right to contact you from time to time to check you are satisfied with our service and it is all correct and up to standard. 

In the event of duplication of vouchers, one voucher will only be valid to the value purchased


VIP Membership 

Membership cards must be produced every time you make a retail or treatment purchase.  Membership cards are non transferable and are only valid by the person named on the front of the card.  10% discount applied to retail purchases is only valid on full priced items,  the 10% discount is not valid on promotional offers or Seasonal Gifts.  10% treatment discount is valid on all Elemis Facials and all Elemis and Holistic body treatments.  Treatment discount is not valid on Nail, Waxing, Make up or Tanning services.  FREE Treatment vouchers included in the different membership tiers are non-transferable and have no cash value.  Membership cards can not be used in conjunction with any other promotional offer or gift vouchers.  Membership cards are not valid past the expiry date and benefits not redeemed with the 12 months of membership, cannot be rolled over after expiration.  Membership cards have no cash value.  PML Beauty Ltd reserve the right to amend the terms and conditions at any time.  

Gift Cards

Gift cards E-Vouchers are non-refundable and have no cash value.  E-Vouchers should arrive in your inbox or recipient's inbox within 30 minutes of your order or on the day you scheduled for it to arrive.  If you cannot see your voucher, please also check your spam or junk mail before contacting us.  Please note that any gift card purchased prior to offers cannot be exchanged for discounted or promotional gift cards.  1st Class post is used for gift cards sent in the mail.  Next working day delivery is available at an additional charge, for orders placed before 2pm.  We accept no responsibility for the length of delivery time or non-delivery of the orders once goods are dispatched.  Delivery times are reliant on Royal Mail.  Please allow up to 48 hours for gift card orders to be processed.  There may be some instances, Christmas and Bank Holidays, where this is not always possible, but we will endevour to advise if this is the case.  Gift cards cannot be redeemed on the day of purchase.  Gift card promotions are subject to change and availability, cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer and cannot be used to purchase Membership.  We reserve the right to change or add new offers at any time.  Gift cards can also be used for treatments and product purchases.  Gift Cards cannot be used to purchase additional gift cards.  An experience gift card is only redeemable against the experience specified on the card and be taken before the date of expiry on the gift card.  Gift cards are non- transferable.  Gift cards are currently valid for 12 months from the date of purchase.  The expiry date is printed on the reverse of the card. Gift cards cannot be exchanged for cash or redeemed against existing bookings where payment has already been made. Please note that we are unable to extend expiry dates if gift cards are unused.

Online Purchases

By submitting your order you are offering to buy the goods and to allow us to use your personal details for the purpose of supplying goods (including passing your details onto shippers and/or other subcontractors).  We will not use your personal information or other details for any other purposes.  All prices on theis web site are correct at time of publishing (errors and omissions exempt).  We reserve the right to alter prices at any time without notice.  Products may vary from representative images.  Subject to availability.  We will send you an email confirmation that we have received your order.  Your product (s) order will be sent by recoded delivery (3-5 working day delivery) at a cost of £3.95 per order for UK Mainland.  All our priced are inclusive of VAT at the current rate.  Free delivery on beauty product orders totalling £75 or more.  We endeavour to despatch orders placed before 2pm with 48 hours.  There may be some instances, Christmas and Bank Holidays, where this is not always possible.  We accept no responsibility for the length of delivery time or non-delivery of the orders once goods are despatched.  Delivery times are reliant on Royal Mail.  On occasion when we are unable to fulfil your order request sue to lack of available stock, we will notify you to give you the option to allow us to back order your product (s) or cancel your transaction.  Whilst we try to be as accurate as possible, all sizes, weights and measurements quoted on our website are accurate at the time of publishing.  Images of the products shown on this website are for illustrative purposes only.  Sometimes suppliers may change packaging, product design and product colours.

Damage in Transit

By signing the delivery note to accept receipt of your order, it is your responsibility to check the product (s) before signing for your order.  If there is any obvious cosmetic damage to your goods at the time of delivery, then you agree to note these on the delivery paperwork or refuse the delivery.  If any obvious cosmetic damage has been noted on your proof of delivery, this will not affect your statutory rights.  We cannot accept liability for goods damaged afetr delivery, although this does not affect your legal rights or rights to return goods to us in accordance with the returns policies.

Returns/ Refunds

You can return products, where they are faulty, within seven working days (not including weekends or Bank Holidays) after the day on which you received the goods.  You must notify us when requesting to return your product via email springbeautyroom@btconnect.com.  We will make your refund with 30 days from the receipt of your returned items.  We will refund the cost of goods, excluding our shipping costs.  We are unable to refund or exchange products which have been opened, where the seal is broken, or the goods have been used.  Our returns policy complies with your rights under Distance Selling Regulations.  To cancel your order, you must advise us in writing, by letter or email.  If sending a letter, please use registered post, to prove posting and to track its progress.  If returning goods, please enclose your name, address and order name so we know who has returned the item.
